PURPOSE:To detect the size of an outside diameter and the shake of the outside diameter of a disk-like object whose outside diameter accuracy is regarded as important against the center shaft, by using the center shaft which becomes a reference, as a guide, making the detecting end contact by pressing to the outside circumferential surface, and rotating and detecting it. CONSTITUTION:A disk 1 to be detected consists of an outside circumferential edge 2, a spoke 3 and a hub 4. A hole into which a wheel is inserted passes through the center shaft, and a receiving base 13 is fitted into a bearing hole 12 and supports the disk 1. The receiving base 13 is fixed by making the center shaft coincide with the upper end face of a main shaft 11, slides in the upper and lower directions by using a ball guide 14 as a guide by a cylinder 15, and also it is rotated freely by a thrust bearing 16. A hole 19 is provided on the center hole of the main shaft 11, and a bar 20 is inserted from the upper part. A guide part 22 is fitted into the bearing hole 12. A detecting end 25 of a checker 24 installed to one end of a base 23 jumps out, and contacts by pressing to the outside circumferential edge 2 of the disk 1. The disk 1 is rotated freely by a support of the ball guide 14 and the thrust bearing 16, and measures the size and shake of the outside diameter of the disk 1. |
