PURPOSE:To permit easy disposition and mainpulation of a bus bar for connecting a welding gun and a voltage transformer for welding and to form the bus bar in a simple construction in a spot welding device by constituting said bus bar of conductive pipes and joints consisting of a conductive material and forming a cooling water passage in the pipes. CONSTITUTION:A conductor for connecting electrically a spot welding gun 7 and a voltage transformer 8 for welding is constituted of a bus bar 20 and a flexible secondary cable 11 in a spot welding device. The bar 20 is constituted of 3 kinds of pipes 21a, 21b, 21c made of metal such as copper having excellent conductivity, an elbow shaped intermediate joint 22 made of a conductive metallic material for connecting said pipes, and terminal joints 23 connected to the terminals of the pipes 21a, 21c and has internally a hollow part to permit flow of cooling water. The disposition and manipulation of the bus bar are easy according to such a constitution and the bus bar does not interfere with other mechanism parts. The connection of the transformer 8 and the cable 11 is thus made possible with the simple construction. |
