PURPOSE:To secure good water-tightness as well as raise the workability of a prefabricated underground structure by a method in which a fixing metal buried in the side block on the lowest stage is screwed with a bolt inserted through a skew hole from the upside of the bottom slab. CONSTITUTION:The lower end screw portion of a PC steel bar 11 is screwed with a fixing metal 9 to fix side blocks 1, 2,..., and a cement mortar milk is injected through a grout hole 14a' and packed into the surrounding of the PC steel bar 11. While settling the side blocks 1, 2,... into the ground, soil and sand in the side blocks 1, 2,... are removed, and then a bottom slab 6 is put to the side block 1 on the lowest stage. In this case, two cut-off rings 12 are provided between the upper slope portion 1c of the side block 1 on the lowest stage and the slope portion 6a of the bottom slab 6 and epoxy resin 13 is packed into the space between the cut-off rings 12 to prevent the leak of water. A bolt 14 is inserted into the opening 6c and screwed with the fixing metal 10 through the skew holes 6b and 1d, and the side block 1 on the lowest stage and the bottom plate 6 are clamped and fixed. |
