PURPOSE:To prevent unstable rotation of engine by performing reduction processing of corrected level for predetermined time when feedback condition has satisfied and target rotation is set. CONSTITUTION:Opening area of an air bypath is controlled to regulate the engine rotation to target level. When feedback condition is satisfied 51 to confirm a flug 53, t1 is set in timer (C) at the step 54. Then prospect level DB is set in duty (D) at the step 56. Processing through steps 51, 53, 58, 59 and 57 is repeated by decrement of timer (C) until said timer (C) goes to zero to hold the opening area of an idle speed control valve ISCV constant. Consequently if the feedback condition is satisfied, rotation can be transferred smoothly even if engine rotation is different considerably from target level. |
