PURPOSE:To use contact parts contacted with respective electrodes of plural elements as independent or multi-stage connecting terminals by the trimming of leads at assembling by previously connecting the contact parts by a common lead. CONSTITUTION:A contact part 77 is the common contact part of the output electrode of the 1st element (unshown) and the input electrode of the 2nd element (unshown), a contact part 76 is the contact part of the input electrode of the 1st element and a contact part 78 is the contact part of the output electrode of the 2nd element. In addition, a common electrode plate (unshown) is contacted with all the electrodes of respective elements. If the terminal structure is cut off by alternate long and short dash lines A, B, the contact part 77 is not directly contacted with leads 73, 74, so that two elements are directly connected. If the terminal structure is cut off by alternate long and short dash lines C, B, the contact parts 77, 78 are connected by a lead 79, so that one element is used individually. |
