PURPOSE:To improve the collecting efficiency and reliability of data by discriminating the correctness/incorrectness of a terminal address by a repeater. CONSTITUTION:An address signal for a terminal equipment 8 is outputted from an address generating circuit 3 in the repeater 2, injected into the 1st cycle of a power supply wave in a distribution line 6 through a phase pulse signal originating circuit 5 and transmitted to the terminal equipment 8. The address signal received by the terminal equipment 8 is separated from a power supply line by a phase pulse receiving circuit 13, sent to an address testing circuit 11, and when the address corresponds to the terminal equipment 8, a return command signal is transmitted to a data generating circuit 10 and an address generating circuit 9 to generate an address signal and a data signal. These signals are injected to the distribution line 6 and tested by an address testing circuit 4 in the repeater 2 at the correctness/incorrectness of the signals and then the data signal is inputted. |
