PURPOSE:To change easily the state of operation while maintaining a high control speed by storing previously the change of the monitor control voltage to acceleration and deceleration into a nonvolatile memory and then reading out the stored change in response to the acceleration and deceleration. CONSTITUTION:The output B of a table position counter 1 is supplied to a substractor circuit 2 together with the output A of a table position command register 3 which is latched by a table shift command pulse with the table shift data used as an input. The output of the circuit 2 is sent to a comparator 6 as well as to a an acceleration/deceleration curve data selector 8 via a deceleration memory 7. The outputof the comparator 6 is supplied to the selector 8 via an acceleration/deceleration curve switching FF 9. The output of the FF 9 is applied to a clear terminal of a table shift degree counter 4. The counter 4 is counted up by a table shift pulse, and the output of the counter 4 is sent to an acceleration memory 5. The output of the memory 5 undergoes a D/A conversion 10 through the selector 8 and is delivered in the form of the motor control voltage. |
