PURPOSE:To apply a bankbook conventional independently of the change in the form of the bankbook by discriminating that the printing is enable and a line not printed is a line to be printed based on a print enable/disable data and data of presence or obsence of print. CONSTITUTION:A bankbook BB is scanned by sensors S1-S3 in the process of carrying. The sensor S1 detects the tip of carrying direction of the bankbook BB. The sensor 2 scans on a print enable mark PM and detects the presence or absence of the mark. The sensor 3 scans on a page bar code BC and detects whether a line is already printed or not. A bankbook handling device is controlled by a CPU. The print enable/disable data and the data of presence or absence of print are stored in a memory of the handling device as a bankbook reading data of a printed page. Whether or not an opened page is possible for print is discriminated based on each data formed and the processing to decide the print line is performed. |
