PURPOSE:To simplify the production process and prevent a stuck section from generating a crack by forming the barrel section of a stem planted on an electrode in a truncated cone shape corresponding to the rise section of a stem insertion hole of an end plate. CONSTITUTION:A stem insertion hole 11 formed on an end plate 2 is formed by folding an end plate face corresponding to the diameter of an inner tube 5 to become a truncated cone-shaped rise section 12 protruding in the inner direction of an outer tube. The barrel section 41 of a stem 4 is formed in a truncated cone shape corresponding to the rise section 12 of the stem insertion hole 11. The contact face between the stem barrel section 41 and the inside of the stem insertion hole rise section 12 is stuck with frit 7. Since the contact area between the stem 4 and the end plate 2 can be made large, a crack of the frit 7 caused by an external pressure or heating can be prevented. In addition, since the rise section 12 contains and holds the stem 4, it is unnecessary to provide a special means to prevent the movement of the stem 4, and the process can be simplified. |
