For the stable attachment of a frame with respect to a customary coupling hook behind a passenger vehicle, a quick-release coupling unit is provided. The ball of the coupling hook is used here to support a support element which is freely set in with two plug-in rods, which are injection moulded in a fork-like manner at its lower end, in plug-in holes which correspond to said rods and are securely connected to the coupling hook. The support element rests with its backwards pointing central component, provided in an oblique position, completely or partially against the front side of the ball. In the horizontal component of the support element there is an adjustable clamping element for the final locking of the support element to the ball which is held positively fixed therein over part of its circumference.
