PURPOSE:To improve the gas-water separating efficiency and reduce the power loss by allowing the self-priming water to be discharged from the outlet of a centrifugal chamber, after perfectly controlling the direction of said water flow. CONSTITUTION:The self-priming water is discharged from a centrifugal chamber into a gas-water separating chamber 15 by the revolution of an impeller 17, allowing the direction of said flow to be controlled in the direction parallel to the axis of the impeller 17, and the self-priming water falls-down into a self- priming water chamber 14, drawing a parabola form, and circulates. In this case, the pressure at the center of the centrifugal chamber 5 is reduced by the revolution of the impeller 17, and the priming-water executes a high sealing action, and the air in a water-suction pipe (not shown in the figure) is discharged, with the priming water, from the centrifugal chamber 15 into the gas-water separating chamber 15 through an eyelet opened port 6, water introducing chamber 7, and a suction port 11, with the priming water, and thus the gas-water separating efficiency is improved, and the power loss can be reduced. |
