PURPOSE:To accurately extract air with a simple work by normally disconnecting the air flow path of a bleeder bolt from a sealed liquid chamber and the ball chamber of an inertia bulb and connecting the air flow path to both rooms mentioned above when the said bolt is loosened. CONSTITUTION:The bolt hole 27 of an air bleeder 6 is formed between a sealed liquid chamber d and an external part. The hole 27 consists of a large diameter screw hole 27a, cylinder section 27b, and seat surface 27c. A bleeder bolt 28 is screwed in the hole 27 and a conical surface at the tip of the bolt is liquidtightly engaged with the said seat surface 27c. In addition, a bypass connection path 31 that is connected to the ball chamber c of an inertia valve device 5 is opened to the cylinder section 27b. An air flow path 29 that connects the gap section between the small diameter section 28b and bolt 27 and the external part is provided on the bolt 28 and both the air flow path 29 and connection path 31 are sealed by an O-ring 30 during normal operation. When the bolt 28 is loosened and the O-ring 30 is positioned at the large diameter hole 27a, air can be exextracted since the connection path 31 and a liquid room d are connected to the air flow path. |
