In the case of an installation distributor, consisting of a plurality of individual parts, for electrical installation apparatuses, in order also to make possible simple manufacture and a large range of applications of the corresponding apparatus cover, it is proposed that the apparatus cover (3) likewise be formed from two head pieces (20, 21), in each case having two side walls, one end wall and one cover wall, and from at least one intermediate piece (22), whose profile is identical to the head pieces, the walls having an outwardly projecting flange edge (4', 4'', 4''') on the front side, and that the head pieces (20, 21) and the intermediate pieces (22) be detachably connectable to one another in a positively-locking manner by means of tongue and groove connections which are arranged on their side walls in the region covered by the flange edge (4', 4'', 4''') and run transversely with respect to their longitudinal extent. <IMAGE>
