PURPOSE:To automatically turn off a lamp and improve safety during running by determining that a car body returns to a straight drive state with a microcomputer based upon the output signal of a sensor that detects the inclination of the car body and a car speed signal. CONSTITUTION:When a turn signal switch 5 is switched to the left or right turn side from a neutral position before the running direction of a motor cycle is changed, the left or right signal lamp 7L or 7R is turned on through a relay 6 with a microcomputer 4. The microcomputer 4 subsequently receives each output signal of a car speed sensor 1, inclination sensor 2, and cut angle sensor 3 and issues a control signal that turns off the said lamp 7L or 7R when the car body is inclined and runs at fixed distance after an inclination sensor 2 turns on. On the other hand, when the car is turned on a curve even if the car is not inclined at low car speed, the microcomputer issues an extinction signal in the same way when the car runs at fixed distance after the cut angle sensor 3 turns on. |
