PURPOSE:To perform proper operation to damp and isolate vibration under all running conditions of a vehicle, by a method wherein through-holes, having flow resistance lower than that of a throttle hole, are formed in a partition, while the through-holes are adapted to be openable, a third chamber is also formed, and a moving partition, by which the third chamber is partitioned into two spaces on the first and the second fluid chamber side, is provided. CONSTITUTION:A moving partition 13 is installed in a fluid chamber C formed in a cavity 61 situated in the center of the upper surface of an upper partition 6, and the fluid chamber is communicated with first and second fluid chambers A and B through through-holes 64 in the partition 6 and through-holes 121 in a disc member 12. A through-hole E having less flow resistance is formed by the through-hole 62 in the partition 6 and a groove 72, a through-hole 63 and a through-hole 73 in a lower partition 7 are communicated with each other through a groove 74 provided in the semiperiphery of the upper surface of the partition 7 to form a throttle hole D having high flow resistance. The through-hole E is closed with a stopper member 8 moved upward through energization of an electromagnet 10 during the starting of an engine, and is opened during idling. |
