PURPOSE:To improve the cell life in a nonaqueous electrolyte cell by sticking a negative electrode active material on a negative electrode current collector and rolling it to bring the negative electrode active material into close contact with the negative electrode current collector without injuring a film facing body. CONSTITUTION:A window for a terminal is bored on a film facing body 1 with an aluminum foil being inserted inside, and a negative electrode current collector 2 and a positive electrode current collector 3 are temporarily stuck to film-like heat-melting resin with a heating trowel. Next, the current collectors 2, 3 are laminated on a resin film through a heating roller, and after cooling, a lithium plate cut in a fixed size is stuck on it by hand in the dry air. At this time, the lithium surface is rugged and is not a smooth plane, therefore, it is fed through a pair of rollers 11 with the lining of silicone rubber as shown in the figure and is pressed by pressure. Next, the film facing body 1 is folded along a folding line 12, a positive electrode black mix 7 is put to the positive electrode current collector 3, a separator 8 is inserted between the positive electrode black mix 7 and the negative electrode lithium plate 4, three sides of the facing body 1 periphery, and an electrolyte is injected through the remaining side. After injection, a flat cell can be formed by sealing the remaining side in the vacuum. |
