<p>PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of input operation by providing a function which selects dynamically and displays words and phrases with high probability of reuse and inputs the displayed words and phrases only by specification. CONSTITUTION:When the input of document data at an input part 3 is completed, the words and phrases are stored in a word and phrase storage part constituting a storage part 1. The frequency of appearance of each word or phrase is stored in the appearance frequency counter of the storage part 1 and the counted value is incremented every time the corresponding word or phrase appears. Further, a selection part 2 selects words and phrases with high probability of reuse. The inputted document data and a word or phrase selected by a selection part 2 are displayed on a display part 4. The input part 3 has the function which inputs the displayed word and phrase only by specification. Consequently, words and phrases which are used once are inputted easily, so the efficiency of the input operation is improved.</p> |
