Sealed by means of a foil (9) between two chambers which have a slight pressure difference in normal operation of a reactor plant is a pressure relief opening (7) which is to be released in the event of larger pressure differences. The clamping connection of the foil with the edge region of the relief opening is to have a uniform and easily adjustable contact pressure so that it can be ensured that the foil slips from the clamping connection upon the occurrence of an impermissible pressure. For this purpose, the foil (9) is arranged between two seals (15, 16) whose surfaces facing the foil have the same frictional resistance. Locking screws (19) press a clamping frame (18) against one seal (16) with the interposition of an adjustable set (bank, assembly) of disc (Belleville, cup) springs (22). <IMAGE>
