PURPOSE:To manufacture twist yarn having uniform quality with reduced end breakage, by dividing the operation time of a twister into a number of divisions and setting the optimum number of spindle revolutions for each time divsion. CONSTITUTION:The yarn 6 is wound around the bobbin 4 having the flanges 5. The bobbin is attahed to the spindle 1, and the yarn is pulled out along the axial direction of the bobbin 4 and heated. The twister comprising the above procedures is operated by dividing the time from the start to the end of the operation into multiple divisions (9 divisions in the exemplified figure), setting the optimum number of spindle revolutions for each time division, and driving the spindle at the preset number of revolutions. |
