<p>The device comprises a cylinder (15, 49) wherein a piston under pressure may move in one direction or the other. On the piston, there is provided a clamp device configured as jaws (32) which are compressible inwardly and securable in a spaced apart position. A sleeve (4) is slidingly arranged on the outer envelope (41, 42) of the cylinder; it may take a plurality of positions: it may clamp the jaws in the first position, space the jaws apart in the second position and supply compressed air to a connection in the third position. </p> |
