PURPOSE:To render a process for delaying a substantial signal unnecessary by giving a memory function to an electrostatic transfer sheet itself in an electrostatic transfer recording system. CONSTITUTION:Multistylus electrodes 51-53 are arranged at intervals of length of one image or more, and each electrode forms an electrostatic latent image on the independent region of an electrostatic transfer sheet 4 in accordance with each of Y, M, C color signals. The region of an electrostatic latent image corresponding to the color signal of Y is developed with a toner developing machine 61. At that time, the roller 95 is moving, and the sheet 4 comes in contact only with the developing roller of the machine 61. After the region on which the toner image of Y is formed has been arranged opposite to the face of the recording paper 1 to be transferred, the roller 98 moves to transfer the toner image. These processes are carried out also as for M and C to form a 3-primary color toner image on the recording paper 1, and then, the paper 1 moves and is fixed with heat or pressure. This system can eliminate a delay process for each color signal, and greatly simplify the constitution of the electric circuitry. |
