<p>A hydrogen bearing silyl carbamate of the general formula:
<Chemistry id="chema01" num="0001"><Image id="ia01" he="7" wi="36" file="IMGA0001.TIF" imgContent="chem" imgFormat="TIFF" inline="no" /></Chemistry>is synthesized from hydrogen bearing aminosilane and gaseous carbon dioxide. The resulting hydrogen bearing silyl carbamate is novel in the single hydrogen attached to the silyl carbamate and represents a major new compound for creating novel compositions of matter.</p> |
