PURPOSE:To eliminate waste of recording paper of a receiver and to avoid ineffective holding of a communication line by stopping reading of a part after a mark and succeeding of an original and discharging the original when the mark given to the transmission original is detected in a transmitter of a facsimile device. CONSTITUTION:Figure shows a transmission original on which an end mark is marked, and a part A in Fig. is the content desired for transmission and the rest is white paper. A transmitting personnel depresses an end button on an operating panel of the facsimile device in transmitting this original. The facsimile device scans sequentially the original from the upper part and codes and transmits the picture information. When the end mark is detected, the facsimile device discharges immediately the original, stops the transmission of the picture information and enters the procedure (RTC) after the transmission of picture information. The receiver cuts off the recording paper when it receives the RTC information and performs the post-procedure with the transmitter. |
