摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the shortage of lubrication of a turbocharger after high speed and high load operation, by controlling the air control valve in a by-pass for idling so that the duty ratio can be renewed even in fast idling and the learning condition can be spread, in the captioned controller. CONSTITUTION:An electronic control unit (ECU) 30 is equipped with a compression turbine 46 for the turbocharger 14 of an internal-combustion engine, ON/OFF operation type electromagnetic air control valve 50 which is installed in a by-pass passage 48 for idling which by-passes a throttle valve 32 and controls the amount of air which air flows in the by-pass 48 during idling in accordance with the duty ratio of a pulse signal, means for discriminating the fulfillment of feedback condition, aimed idle revolution number setting means, mean discriminating the necessity for first idling means for comparing the aimed idle revolution number with a set value. Therefore, promised control is executed in fast idling, and the idle revolution number is increased according to the promised amount of duty ratio, and the sum of the integration term and the proportion term can be memorized as the learned value into a memory.
