PURPOSE:To carry out reaming operation efficiently with high accuracy by positioning a tool utilizing a tapped hole, etc. around a machining bore and maintaining the cutting feed of a reamer at a uniform speed by means of a magnetic clutch and a feed-only screw. CONSTITUTION:When carrying out only cutting rotation of a reamer, an operation switch 24 is turned off, the movable side 20 of a magnetic clutch is separated from its fixed side 20', and a ratchet handle is manually operated. When providing cutting feed of rotation, the switch 24 is turned on, the movable side 20 of the magnetic clutch is connected to its fixed side 20' and, through both of these actions, a feed shaft 14 is turned or reciprocated together with the reamer 15 by means of the ratchet handle. |
