The invention relates to a hydraulic drive motor consisting of a through flow tube 1, placed in the direction of movement of a water flow and having an inlet opening 2 and an outlet opening 3 which is quickly closable by the action of a means 4. The through flow is thereby interrupted for an interval of time, following which it resumes for the next interval of time, when the outlet opening 3 is opened again. The pressure increase at the interrupting of the flow through the tube is according to the invention utilized for alternately moving a piston 6 outwards and inwards relative to the tube 1 in a piston cylinder 5, which is situated near the outlet opening 3. A pipe stub 14 with a gas-filled chamber 14' is situated between the piston cylinder 5 and the outlet opening 3 and arranged to absorb any possible over-pressure in the tube 1 subsequent to the piston 6 moving to a new outer end position. <IMAGE> |
