PURPOSE:To receive a bead leaping out unstablely in a specified status by a method wherein a bead spider is mounted on one end side of a forming machine main spindle and a bead receiver is mounted confronting to a sliding rod provided adjoining the bead spider. CONSTITUTION:A bead W with its rubber coated wire end bitten by a bead spider 2 turns a forming machine main spindle 10 to form its core body by means of winding the outer end of the spider 2 up to several layers. The bead W leaping out on a sliding rod 14 hits a bead receiver 17 and drops on a finger 19 while hitting both the sliding rod 14 and the bead receiver 17. The bead W does not leap out simultaneously right and left side but the bead W slips down along the surface S not to be placed on the top T of a finger back 23 since the bead receiver 17 is provided outside the finger back 23. |
