PURPOSE:To add the electric protecting function to memory cassette terminals to improve the reliability of memory driving, by giving such circuit constitution to a cassette body stored in a memory device that a switch in the cassette is operated by a selecting signal transmitted from the device side to connect electrically the cassette. CONSTITUTION:In this memory cassette body, normally opening relay contacts 8 are inserted between connector terminals 3 and a bubble memory device 5, and exposed terminals 3 are cut off from a memory device circuit of the cassette body. Though connection terminals of a memory cassette body 4 are normally cut off from the internal device circuit, a cassette body selecting signal which connects connector terminals and the internal device circuit through a connector is provided newly to connect these connection terminals to the memory cassette body at an actual operation time. Thus, stored data of memory chips in the cassette body is prevented from being destroyed by static electricity accompanied with always carrying. |
