PURPOSE:To obtain a coil whose winding accuracy is excellent by easy winding by placing a pair of saddle-shaped coils, a cylindrical coil and a pair of saddle- shaped coils successively in order, and using them for three-dimensional driving. CONSTITUTION:A pair of the first saddle-shaped coils 4-3 whose thickness is t2 are placed on the outside circumference of a cylindrical bobbin 2, the second coil 4-1 whose thickness is t1 is placed on said coils, and also a pair of the third saddle-shaped coils 4-2 are placed on its outside so that the position is shifted relatively from that of the first coils. When the thickness t2 and t1 are made equal, the third coil can avoid the overlapped part of the first and the second coils. Accordingly, only forming three coils for three-dimensional driving into a simple shape is enough, and it is possible to obtain an inexpensive and accurate coil assembly to which an immoderate stress is not applied at the time of assembling. |
