Salts, which are of low solubility in water, of aminoglycosides which are, where appropriate, derivatised on the hydroxyl and/or amino groups, and non-antibiotic organic carboxylic acids or sulphonic acids or hemiesters of polybasic inorganic acids with aliphatic alcohols.
