PURPOSE:To linearily arrange an extremely large number of orifices, by such extremely simple constitution that a plurality of grooves are provided to a plate body to use the leading ends as orifices while a first flow channel plate is arranged having grooves corresponding to said grooves and a second flow channel plate having grooves corresponding to the other grooves are arranged to both sides of said plate body. CONSTITUTION:An orifice plate (c) has an ink supply flow channel 24, a tank supply channel 25 and a tank flow orifice part 26 formed to rear part thereof while fine grooves c-1, c-2... are formed to the front part thereof and the leading end of each groove is used as an orifice 27 for injecting an ink droplet. A vibration plate (a) is constituted by securing electrostriction elements 20, 20... to the outside positions of the pressure chambers 21, 21... of a flow channel plate (b). The flow channel 23 of the leading end of the flow channel plate (b) is constituted of flow channels b-2, b-4, b-6... and the flow channels b'-1, b'-3, b'-5 of a flow channel plate (b') are positionally shifted at every one dot from the flow channels of the flow channel plate (b). By integrating the vibration plates (a), (a'), the flow channel plates (b), (b') and the orifice plate (c), a printing head having many orifices 27, 27... arranged thereto is obtained. |
