PURPOSE:To cut projected burrs of an opening part and at the same time to remove the remaining burrs by putting a projected cutter in a soft and hollow molded body pulling it out reversely. CONSTITUTION:The projected cutter 10 is inserted into the opening part 3 of the hollow molded body 1 and the projected burrs 4 are mounted on the back 12 of the projected cutter, then as soon as a rod 9 is lifted in the arrow direction, an assistant member 16 is lifted by the projection 17 of the projected cutter and projected burrs 4 are inserted into the opening part 6 of a case 5. The hollow molded body 1 pinched between the opening part corner 14 and the cutter part corner 13 is cut by shearing action of each corner part 13, 14, the hollow molded body falls naturally. Then, if the rod 9, is let to fall, the click part 23 of the cutting device 20 moves to the projected cutter 10 and retains the remaining burrs and returns to the original position, the remaining burrs 19 are cut and removed. |
