EXAMPLE:p-Nitrobenzyl 2-[1-(1-benzyloxycarbonyl-2-methyl-2-propen-1-yl)-3beta- phthalimido-2-oxoazetidin-4beta-Yl] thio-3-hydroxycrotonate. USE:Synthetic raw material of cephem derivatives or penem derivatives. PROCESS:The objective compound of formula I can be prepared by reacting the compound of formula II with alpha-diazo-beta-oxofatty acid ester of formula III.
