<p>PURPOSE:To improve the thermal responsiveness, by setting a ratio of the inside diameter of an insulating cylindrical supporting body to the outside diameter of lead wires, which are fixed to both ends of the cylinder with glass, to a specific value or higher. CONSTITUTION:The outside diameter of a pipe 2 consisting of an alumina which is an electric insulating material is d1, and its inside diameter is d2. Lead wires 3 and 4 which consist of platinum and have an outside diameter d3 are inserted to both ends of the pipe 2 and are adhered with an adhesive 6. A borosilicate glass powder is used as the adhesive 6 and is fused at >=1,000 deg.C. A platinum narrow wire 7 is wound around the pipe 2, and its both ends are spot-welded to lead wires 3 and 4 respectively. A lead glass powder mixed in a binder is applied so as to cover the platinum narrow wire 7 and spot welding parts and is sintered at about 600 deg.C to form a protection layer. In this constitution a ratio d2/d3 is set to >=1.7. Thus, the response time is improved considerably.</p> |
