The present invention relates to pressure reducers. This system is for use on hydraulic and pneumatic lines so as to protect the units of the installations. The system comprises functional units and adjusting units assembled in a body 3 which also has the function of a jacket. The valve 1 placed in front of the inlet orifice A adjusts the admission flow rate, when, following a high flow rate, the pressure in the chamber 11 becomes greater than the service pressure, the piston 2 is pushed, thus compressing the calibrating spring 4, and drives the liquid from the chamber 7, which liquid in turn pushes the valve 1 which reduces the inlet space for the fluid thus reestablishing the desired pressure in the chamber 11. The outlet of the fluid towards the units takes place via orifice B. Adjustment of the flow rate is obtained with the screw 6 which acts on the liquid of the volume 7. Adjustment of the service pressure is carried out by the filtered sleeve 5 which acts on the spring 4. <IMAGE>
