PURPOSE:To increase the heat exchanging efficiency in an evaporator tank, by easing the unstable fluidizing state in a mixed medium while it is boiling, as well as to uniformly flow the mixed medium, giving suitable resistance to the flow, by feeding hot-water into the tank so as to flow opposite to the mixed medium to exchange heat. CONSTITUTION:A hot-water feed port 2 and a hot-water discharge port 3 are respectively provided to the upper and the lower parts of a tank body 1. A pair of outer header plates 7 and 8, dividing the inside of a tank to form a hot-water inlet chamber 4, a hot-water outlet chamber 5 and a heat exchanging chamber 6, are provided in the tank body 1. A number of heat transfer tubes 9 are provided between both outer header plates 7 and 8 where the heat exchanging chamber 6 is positioned, so as to communicate with the hot-water inlet and the outlet chamber 4 and 5. Besides a pair of inner header plates 13 and 15 are provided in the inside of a tank body 1 where the heat exchanging chamber 6 is located, dividing the inside of the tank to form an inlet chamber 12 having an inlet port 10 and an outlet chamber 14 having an outlet port 11 for a mixed medium. A mixed medium tube 16, forming itself into the outer tube of a double tube, is provided to the outside of a heat transfer tube 9 which pierces through both inner header plates 13 and 15, so that they can communicate with the inlet and the oulet chamber 12 and 14. In addition, a throttle part is formed by narrowly constricting the base part 16a of a mixed medium tube 16, so that the mixed medium can flow uniformly, while providing suitable resistance to its flow. |
