PURPOSE:To make it possible to positively suppress the vibration of a moving member and to brake even a moving body having a large amount of the movement by operating a hydraulic motor which gives a braking force to the moving body with an oil pressure proportional to the moving speed of the moving member. CONSTITUTION:A moving speed signal a detected by a rotational speed detector 21 provided in the moving member 20 is supplied to an electric motor 27, and the electric motor 27 drives a hydraulic pump 28. The rotational speed of the electric motor 27 is detected by a rotational speed detector 29, and supplied to a speed signal comparator. The hydraulic pump 28 is connected to a hydraulic motor 33 through pipelines 31 and 32 to generate an oil pressure proportional to the quantity of the flow passing through an orifice 35 provided in a bypass line 34 to cause a braking force to act on the moving member between a pinion 36 directly connected to the hydraulic motor 31 and the rack 37 on a stationary bedplate 22. |
