PURPOSE:To make a driving part compact, by a method wherein a diaphragm is placed on an opening part of the upper part of a body, whereon a thin plate or coil of a shape memory alloy is made to adhere, which is covered with a case on which a gate for heating and cooling is provided. CONSTITUTION:Normally a diaphragm 3 is floated in a convex shape by force, through which a thin plate 4a which combines a shape memory alloy with rubber is apt to float in the convex shape, and force of a fluid A, a gap (a) is provided between the diaphragm 3 and a protruded part 2 of the inside of a body 1, the fluid A is passed through the gap (a) and flows by turning into a fluid B. When heat of hot water or gas or electricity is made to flow in a cover case 6 and a temperature of the inside of the cover csse 6 is made more than a responsive temperature of the shape memory alloy, the gap (a) is closed by restoring the thin plate 4 to a concave state 4'. When an inflow of the heat into the cover case 6 is suspended and a temperature is lowered, the gap (a) is opened. In addition to the above, the thin plate 4 may be replaced with a coil- like object. |
