PURPOSE:To wind a tape with low tension round a reel at high speed by disposing a tape reel mount portion on one end portion of a main spindle and disposing a tape tension control winding portion on the other end portion thereof, so that the tape tension on the above both portions can be separated on the boundary of a take-back roller and be set independently. CONSTITUTION:One end portion of a hollow main spindle 30 is provided with a tape reel mount portion 36 where tape guide rollers 38, 39 and non-rotary tape guide rod 40 are disposed on a disc plate 37. The other end portion of the main spindle 30 is provided with a tape tension control winding portion 49 where tape guide rollers 51, 52 and a tape take-back roller 53 are disposed on a disc plate 50. The tension of a tape extending from a tape reel 47 to the take-back roller 53 is applied by braking devices 41-45, and the tension of a tape extending from the take-back roller 53 to a cable 33 is applied by a spring 57. In this arrangement, the tape tension on the above both portions 36, 49 can be separated on the boundary of the take-back roller 53 and be set independently. |
