PURPOSE:The titled harmless and tasty food and drink free from side effects, obtained by blending a fermented marine fish product with an unripe Ume, vinegar of rice, vinegar of wheat, leaves of beefsteak plant, and honey, followed by aging the blend. CONSTITUTION:A fermented marine fish product (e.g., dried bonito) with a microorganism is exposed to sunlight to form vitamin D in it, and it is crushed. The powdery marine fish product is blended with an unripe Ume from which harshness is removed, vinegar of unpolished rice, vine or wheat, first-class sugar, leaves of beefsteak plant from which harshness is removed, and pure honey, and aged for >=2 months. |
