PURPOSE:To manufacture cheaply and simply a flywheel by constituting the flywheel having a V-shaped groove for belt on outer periphery of a pair of disks. CONSTITUTION:A disk 1 is formed by press forming a metallic plate. The disk 1 has a slanted part 2 on peripheral part, a connecting hole at the center, and plural alternating projections 4 and holes 5 on the outer periphery radially. A pair of such disk 1 are superposed back to back and projections 4 and holes 5 are fitted. A boss 7 provided with a pulley in a body is inserted into the two connecting holes 3, and a connecting part 8 provided on the pulley 6 side of the boss 7 is connected to the edge of the hole 3 of a disk 1. Then, the tip of the boss 7 is caulked 9 to another disk 1 to fix two disks 1, 1, and a V-shaped annular groove for belt 10 is formed between slanted parts 2, 2 of two disks 1, 1. The base of a capstan 12 is pressed into a hole 11 formed in the pulley 6 and boss 7. |
