PURPOSE:To obtain an improved control method for reducing an overshoot of a control irrespective of saturation of a manipulated variable by executing an incremental operation in a proportional and integral operation by using a manipulated variable of an output side of a saturation element as the previous operation storage value. CONSTITUTION:An incremental operation in a proportional and integral operation is brought to an adding operation of an output of a speed type operating part and a manipulated variable in the previous operation, and also it is constituted so that a result of this operation becomes the present manipulated variable through a saturation element. For instance, a control target value (r) and a controlled variable (x) of a process 9 are inputted to input parts 2, 3 of an electronic switchboard 1, its sample values r(nT), x(nT) are inputted to a deviation detecting part 4, and a control deviation e(nT) is sent out to a difference operating part 5. Subsequently, a speed type proportional and integral operation is executed by the difference operating part 5, also an output m(nT) of a saturation part 7 is inputted to a storage part 6, and the previous input is operated as a storage value for the incremental operation. Subsequently, these operation results are add-operated, and its result is sent out to an output part 8 as the present manipulated variable m(nT). |
