PURPOSE:To collect data with high precision by providing a means which operates an annunciating means optional times at random within an optional time interval of a timer means. CONSTITUTION:An arithmetic circuit 13 receives various signals from a keyboard 2 and is controlled by a program stored previously in an ROM14 according to the contents of the signals to process data stored in an RAM15 and sends the result to a display register 12; and the data is passed through a decoder driver 11 to drive a display device 1. When a one-second signal is sent from a reference signal generating circuit 16, the arithmetic circuit 13 makes a one-second advance of timer data stored in the RAM15 according to the program in the ROM14. Further, the timer data is varied by a signal from the keyboard 2. |
