Flexible transmission line, wherein it comprises a fluid circulation duct and reinforcements inside and outside the said duct against compressive forces inside and outside the duct, the internal reinforcement comprising at least one cable within said duct, whereby within said duct over the entire length of the line the cable leaves fluid circulation spaces, whilst the external reinforcements are coaxial to the duct.
