The invention relates to a beam system on a weaving machine for pulling out the ready-woven fabric web which is guided via a plurality of rotatably mounted beams or rollers of the system which are partially coupled to a drive. The fabric web is respectively clamped at a plurality of points between two beams or rollers pressed against one another and is thereby taken up non-positively and positively. The beam system contains a first pair of beams, the two beams (5, 6) of which are movable relative to one another in a plane containing the two beam axes (5a, 6a) and are adjustable towards and away from one another by means of adjusting devices (19), and a second pair of beams (7, 8) having parallel beam axes (7a, 8a) arranged fixedly. The first pair of beams (5, 6) can be guided by means of the adjusting devices (19) into a closing position, in which the outer surfaces of the two beams (5, 6) of the first pair of beams are pressed against the outer surfaces of the two beams (7, 8) of the second pair of beams at four points (15, 16, 17, 18) and clamp and take up the fabric web lying between them (Fig. 1). <IMAGE> |
