This mechanism comprises a lever 8, articulated at 6 on a support 1 and connected by a transmission element 16 to a cable, or the like, anchorage system for brake control. The transmission element 16 is articulated at 17 on this system and on a rocker 26, in turn articulated on the fixed support, in such a way that the movement of the cable is controlled by way of this articulated link.
