CONSTITUTION:Plural nondirective optical transceivers 131, 132-13n connected via a cable 15 are provided to a ceiling 11 and a wall indoor, and the directive transceiver possible for communication to one of the nondirective optical transceivers is provided respectively to plural terminal devices 141, 142-14n. A terminal device 14i having transmission data adds and address data of an opposite communication to transmission data, the data is transmitted from the directive optical receiver to a nondirective optical transceiver 13i provided on the ceiling 11 or the wall, this data is transmitted to each directive optical transceiver, each terminal device discriminates the address data and fetches the receiving data.
