PURPOSE:To certainly detect the difference of liquid specific gravity, by a method wherein the lift guide of a float is vertically provided in a liquid tank while an operation element for opening and closing a plurality of reed switches of which the securing positions are different in an up-and-down direction is provided to the float and a pressure receiving spring for compressing the lift width of the float is provided. CONSTITUTION:Different liquids are contained in a plurality of liquid tanks arranged in a line. The lift guide 2 of a float 3 is vertically provided in each liquid tank and the float 3 is inlaid with and inserted into the lift guide in a state surrounded by a wave-proof shell 4. The float 3 is raised upto a height where the buoyancy of the float 3 is balanced with the compression load of a pressure receiving spring 5 and an operation element 8 attached to the float 8 is opposed to one of reed switches 7a-7c arranged to different heights in the guide 2 to operate the same. Therefore, the difference in the specific gravity of the liquid in the liquid tank is certainly detected. |
