The drive arrangement for a motor vehicle has an internal combustion engine, essentially without flywheel, a flywheel held freely rotatable in a bearing and connectable, in each case by way of a controllable clutch, to the combustion engine and an output leading by way of a transmission to the drive wheels, which flywheel comprises the pressure plates of the controllable clutches, and an electrical machine for driving the motor vehicle and/or starting of the internal combustion engine, which machine has a stator connectable to fixed housing parts of the internal combustion engine and a rotor connected to the rotating flywheel. In order to achieve a compact and as far as possible space saving arrangement of the rotor of the electrical machine, the rotor (33, 34, 35) of the electrical machine (3) is to form an integral component of an axially fixed pressure plate part (21) of one of the controllable clutches, preferably of the clutch (6) on the internal combustion engine side. At the same time it is advisable to arrange the electrical machine essentially in the radial plane of the bearing (16) assigned to the flywheel (4).

|
