PURPOSE:To obtain the titled container having excellent heat resisting property stably with good productivity in a short time, by holding the temperature of a molding tool sufficiently high, heating a biaxially stretched blow molded product in the molding tool for a required time, fixing the product by heat, diffusing and injecting the liquified material, which is normally in gaseous state at a normal temperature, and quickly cooling the product. CONSTITUTION:A hollow container 1 is formed by performing biaxially stretching blow molding in a molding tool 4, with thermoplastic polyester as a raw material. At this time, the temperature of the molding tool 4 is kept at high temperature in the range of (Tg+5)-(Tg+120) deg.C.. based on a glass transition temperature Tg of a container material. The biaxially stretched container 1 is held in said high temperature mold for a required time with a blow pressure being held, and thermally fixed. Thereafter, the liquified material of N2, CO2, or other gas which is normally in a gaseous state at a normal temperature is diffused and injected from an injecting port 25 into the container 1. Said liquified material is sprayed on the inner surface of the container 1, and the container 1 is quickly cooled. Then, the container 1 is immediately separated from the molding tool 4, and the desired heat resisting container is obtained. |
